What is deleted
Your profile (name, phone number, address, photo), sign-in details, saved bank account for withdrawals, documents you uploaded that are not part of a property record, chat messages, phone notification and fingerprint settings, and your location and device information.
What we must keep
Records of payments, wallet transactions, property purchases and signed agreements are kept for as long as Nigerian law requires (for tax, anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering rules), then deleted. If you still own property or have money in your wallet with us, please withdraw it or call us first, so nothing is lost.
We finish deletion within 30 days and confirm by email. See our Privacy policy.
